On Wednesday, December 11, Senator Jack Bailey participated in the Maryland General Assembly Veterans Caucus Summit in Annapolis. Senator Bailey serves as the Senate Vice-Chair of the Caucus, which works to pass legislation that improves the quality of life of Maryland’s veterans. The Summit included discussions on disability and mental health services, veteran-owned businesses, educational opportunities for veterans, and legislative initiatives for the 2020 Legislative Session.
